Items Obtained: an Easter-themed mount
The Egg Hunt will begin during the weekend of Easter and it usually last one whole week. Your goal is collect all 50 different eggs through various means. Each egg is numbered 1-50. After you have all 50 eggs, you can turn them in the bunny girls at The Joint to receive the mystery egg. Equip and use this item to get a mount as your prize. The prize mount is new every year.

There is a variety of methods for collecting eggs, and certain eggs are only found using certain methods. That means you have to participate in all of the following activities to get all your eggs.
- Some eggs only spawn on the ground ("spawn eggs").
- Some eggs are only found by cutting grass and bushes ("grass eggs").
- Some eggs are only found by digging with your shovel ("digging eggs").
- Some eggs are only found as drops by killing Baddies, Pyrats, or Bandits ("baddy eggs").
- Some eggs are only found by loot diving ("loot eggs").
As you can see above, some spawn eggs spawn in unfortunate, inaccessible areas.
Anyway, similar to loot and bugs, Easter Eggs have about 5 tiers of rarity.
Each level of rarity coordinates to one egg hunting activity above. For example: one year, all the loot eggs were extremely rare, and the spawn eggs were common as trash. However, every year the egg numbers are scrambled around, so you don't know which eggs belong to which activity group or which eggs are rare / common.
Anyway, similar to loot and bugs, Easter Eggs have about 5 tiers of rarity.
- About 10 eggs are very common. You will come across tons of these.
- About 10 eggs are common. These are still pretty easy to find.
- About 10 eggs are fairly common. It may take a little bit of time to find.
- About 10 eggs are uncommon. It may be difficult to find these. These aren't bad eggs to try trading for.
- About 10 eggs are rare. I promise you will struggle to get all 10 of these. You will have to find 10 rare eggs and trade rare-for-rare for the specific eggs you need.

Egg Trading.
The Egg Trading System allows you to safely trade extra eggs with another player who has an egg you need. To trade eggs, tap the other player's profile > More Options > Request Egg Trade. If you receive an egg trade invite, the message will have an egg icon. When the trade starts, your Egg Collection list appear. Select the egg you want to trade, and wait for the other player. Then you can accept or decline the offer. Both players must accept the offer for the trade to happen.
Just advice: never send someone a trade invite before messaging them first. You should ask them what eggs they want and tell them what eggs you need. You have to communicate the desired trade beforehand, or people will just decline the invite. Also, a lot of people use their name or status to post what extra eggs they have to trade, and what eggs they need.
Eggs are generally only traded for eggs in the same rarity group. Trade rare eggs ONLY for rare eggs. So you must find at least 10 rare eggs to trade for each of the rare egg numbers you don't have. You maybe able to get an uncommon egg by trading a "fairly common." But no one even bothers trading common and very common eggs. Also, most of the time, simpletons will only trade for eggs they need. It's difficult to find someone with enough brain power to understand you are trying to coordinate a 3-way trade.

2013.
This was the first year this specific Easter event happened, scripted by Rufus and Fp4. The prize was a chicken mount (my favorite). This was before loot diving was created, egg hunting methods included spawns, grass, bushes, digging, and baddies. This year, spawn eggs were the rarest and grass eggs were the most common. Also, the eggs were divided #1-10, #11-20 etc to fit into each group of eggs. The 11-20 was the rare spawn egg group; 41-50 were digging eggs; etc.

2014.
People were a little freaked out that all the egg numbers were scrambled from the previous year. So no one knew which egg numbers were obtained by what method, or the rarity. Loot eggs were introduced this year and the tables turned. The loot eggs became the rarest, and the spawn eggs were the most common. The prize was a bunny mount.

2015.
This year, I got all my eggs by begging people who had already finished for their leftovers. So I don't know if the egg types had the same rarity as 2014 or not. But, as usual the egg numbers were scrambled. The new thing this year was that certain digging eggs were only found on Big City. The prize was a chick mount.
